I almost gave this place a good review, but the breakfast was just horrid with limited options, and the noise from the pipes kept me awake all night. I expected a welcoming gift, but I guess they think everyone is just another number. The staff did try, but it was just so disappointing overall.

The receptionists Mehmet and Eşer were very nice! They helped with our bags and acted quickly when I mentioned the AC issue.

The proximity to major attractions is a huge plus. being just 500 meters from the Grand Bazaar means you can pop in anytime. The spacious room on the top floors offers nice views, making it a pleasant spot to unwind after a long day.

Wi-Fi connectivity posed a consistent challenge, particularly while lounging on the balcony. the elevators are notoriously small, making it a hassle when larger luggage is involved.
