This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped me find attractions, which I appreciated. I’m excited to come back for a new year.

I almost gave this place a good review, but the breakfast was just horrid with limited options, and the noise from the pipes kept me awake all night. I expected a welcoming gift, but I guess they think everyone is just another number. The staff did try, but it was just so disappointing overall.

I had a wonderful stay where I loved the cozy double room with a lovely balcony and appreciated those relaxing moments in the sauna after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, making every morning a treat. A minor downside was the room size, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience, so I'd definitely recommend it for a memorable stay! 😊

Family with children cozy options
The receptionists Mehmet and Eşer were very nice! They helped with our bags and acted quickly when I mentioned the AC issue.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

missingWrote a review on Jul 05spacious roomproximity attractionscramped room
The proximity to major attractions is a huge plus. being just 500 meters from the Grand Bazaar means you can pop in anytime. The spacious room on the top floors offers nice views, making it a pleasant spot to unwind after a long day.
Room sizes feel cramped, especially for family stays, with some rooms lacking proper cleaning and maintenance touches. The breakfast options were standard and repetitive, leaving a lot to be desired. Wi-Fi connectivity posed a consistent challenge, particularly while lounging on the balcony. the elevators are notoriously small, making it a hassle when larger luggage is involved.

Welcoming, Warm, Wonderful
The spacious top floor room with a balcony gave me stunning views of the bustling streets below, perfect for a morning coffee. Every morning, the head chef was on hand, whipping up fresh fried eggs exactly how I liked them, making breakfast a personalized delight. Plus, the thoughtful little surprises, like complimentary water bottles, made me feel truly pampered throughout my stay.
strongly recommend ❤️✨
